Matt grew up in the St. Louis area and went to college at Mizzou for Hotel and Restaurant Management.  After 16 plus years in the hospitality industry, he made his way to his forever home as the 3rd generation owner of Advertising Premium Sales.  And while he still enjoys cooking, you can regularly find him going to concerts, heading to Mizzou football games during the fall and getting to as many St. Louis Cardinals games as possible every summer.  Family has always been a big priority to Matt and it shows as a proud husband to his wife Jennee and the father of 3 – Eli, Lorelei and Andrew (one of them hopefully is the heir apparent). He’s often seen leaving the office heading to one of the many sporting events his kids are involved with.

Sheila Shucart – Owner / CFO

You can’t imagine what she does in one day!  The life of a CFO is hectic, but Sheila is focused on accountability and dedication to her company.  In her spare time Sheila has many social activities with friends and family but also loves the peace of a glass of wine and a good baseball game.

Her background in printing, advertising and direct marketing aided a smooth transition into an almost 30 year career in promotional products. Lori loves the varied duties she performs, such as office management, inside sales, IT and Creative because every day is different, and her interests are “eclectic”.  In her off hours she loves family time, her grand kitty and puppy, music, movies and travel.

Terri has the “right stuff” to keep billing and job accounting in peak form, and she’s a witty teammate that keeps us entertained.  Terri loves her family, fishing, baseball and football and of course, a timely happy hour.

Recently retired from a career as a System Business Analyst.  Barb took a few months to relax, then the opportunity opened to join the APS group. She loves travel and adventure, and makes the best of every situation with a soft voice and ebullient personality.

Jennifer started with APS in 2017 to wield her business degree from Mizzou. She is currently working remotely from Virginia where she moved with her husband for his job opportunity.

Born and raised in Saint Louis.  After 15 + years I left the retail management world to start a new chapter in my career.  I enjoy working in a family-like environment like APS.  When I am not working, I love cheering on all our Saint Louis sports teams, having season tickets to the Muny and Fox Theater and hanging out with Family and friends.

Jim graduated from Webster University with a degree in art and design. He joined Advertising Specialties Unlimited until it merged with Advertising Premium Sales in 2005. Jim enjoys the creative and problem solving side of promotional marketing. He lets his clients know that he is available to them 24/7.

After graduating from University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts/Education, Karen taught middle school for the Ladue School District before transitioning into newspaper advertising sales.  A natural affinity for marketing led Karen into the promotional products business and she has established a loyal clientele over 35 years.  Karen takes pride in customer service and building client relationships.

Roxie joins us with over 10 years of experience in screen printing and embroidery for t-shirts and other apparel and is excited to expand her knowledge and experience with promotional items! “I pride myself and my work with my attention to detail and customer service” Roxie enjoys cooking and hates cleaning. She prefers fall weather, “but it never lasts long enough”.


Betsy Kerner – Independent Account Representative

Betsy graduated from Miami of Ohio in 1997 with a degree in Education. She is a former kindergarten teacher and real estate agent and started her career in the promotional products industry in 2019.  Betsy uses her creativity and organization to help her clients use her swag to tell their story. She also takes pride in building longterm relationships with her clients and making sure their promotional needs are met. It is always fun to receive a branded item, let's work together to make it memorable! Betsy and Jill Settler serve a client base together. Betsy and her husband Ben love trying all of the new restaurants around town and walking their goldendoodle, Comet. They have 3 daughters Macy (Pony Up), Addie (Go Gators) and Elle (Ladue Ram).

Jill’s original career started at Binghamton University and University of Chicago, Mastering in Social Work and working as an LCSW for 5 years in an inpatient hospital setting.  She was blessed with 3 children and raised them at home.  When the time came to resume her career she was encouraged by her mom Karen to explore promotional sales.  “I feel my social work background has been valuable in helping communicate and connect with clients and vendors”.  Jill teamed with Betsy Kerner and their working together has been a success story.  In free time Jill spends time with family, traveling, working out, binge watching a good show, and snuggling with Rosie, her Bernese Mountain Dog.
