This hardware kit is for banners that measure 4'x2.5'. Banner will require an opening in the center of the back of the pole sleeve to accommodate the hardware that holds the 2 poles together. Gonfalon kit includes an 8' Oak Pole, a fancy spear top, a crossbar, brass hook and eye, and a universal base. Crossbar features wood finials. 30" L
