A triangle-shaped item made of Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA), measures 30" x 15", and allows the surrounding air to stimulate cooling. All you have to do is simply wet, wring, and wear. This retains water while remaining dry to the touch to provide cooling relief. No refrigeration is required. It's machine washable and a line dry is recommended. 3rd Imprint: (Optional - Screen): 3 1/2"w x 1 3/4"h (1 Color Max). 4th Imprint: (Optional - Vinyl Insert): 8 1/4"w x 2 1/2"h.
